  • Selling houses and starting new ones

    We are happy to say we have sold 4017 Calliope and will be starting another spec home in Rosewood.  We have a spec home that just had sod laid located at 4129 Rambling Rose also located in Rosewood.  This home is 1773 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen is open to living room.  We also still have our spec home in StoneMill.  405 War Eagle, this home is 3206 square feet, 3 bedrooms, study, 2 full baths, 2 half baths.  Bonus room features a full kitchen.  Please go by and check them all out or schedule an appointment with Bryan or Lynsey Weaver.  We would love to show you our homes or discuss building you the one you want.
